Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All graphic tees are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Custom or larger orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after they have shipped. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size/weight of your order and the shipping destination. Local pickup may be available when offered.

Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package has been shipped and tracking shows it as delivered, I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and damaged item so I can determine the best way to resolve the issue.

Rush Orders:
Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please message me before placing your order to confirm availability.
